Terms of Service

The service

Boltize helps you turn keywords, ideas and sources into documented articles consistent with your style: research, strategy, structure, writing and revision in a single process. You can connect AI providers, subscriptions, CLIs or local models of your choice, and publish to integrated platforms such as WordPress.

Beta software

Boltize is currently in beta. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”: features, limits and interfaces may change, be suspended or removed without notice. Errors, interruptions or data loss may occur: export the content you care about regularly.

Beta access is granted at our discretion and may be revoked in case of violation of these terms or abusive use of the service.

Accounts and access

To use the app you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for the security of your access and for everything that happens through your account. Notify us immediately at hello@boltize.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

By using Boltize you agree not to:

• violate applicable laws or third-party rights (including intellectual property and privacy);
• generate or publish illegal, defamatory, deceptive or harmful content (including large-scale spam);
• attempt to circumvent technical, security or billing limits of the service;
• access the service through unauthorized automated means or interfere with its operation;
• resell or redistribute the service without our written consent.

Your content

The content you create or upload in Boltize (keywords, briefs, drafts, articles, editorial settings) remains yours. We claim no ownership over it.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host and process your content for the sole purpose of providing the service (including processing through the AI providers you configured). The license ends when you delete the content or close your account.

You are responsible for the content you publish: always verify the accuracy of AI-generated output before publishing it.

AI providers and integrations

If you connect API keys, subscriptions, CLIs or local models, your use of those services is also governed by the respective provider's terms, and their costs are borne by you. AI model output may contain errors or inaccuracies: Boltize does not guarantee the accuracy, originality or fitness of the output for a specific purpose.

Service intellectual property

The software, the Boltize brand, the design and every other element of the service (excluding your content) remain the property of Boltize (Revelio Studio) or its licensors. These terms grant you no rights over them beyond using the service.

Service availability

We do our best to keep the service available, but during the beta we do not guarantee service levels (SLA), continuity or absence of errors. We may suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, for maintenance, security or product evolution.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boltize is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including data loss, lost profits or reputational harm) arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including mandatory consumer rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when moving from beta to general availability. The current version will be published on this page and, for material changes, we will notify you by email or in the app with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you reside. Any dispute is subject to the forum provided by applicable law.
